Decolorizer

Product features:

The decolorizing agent is a cationic polymer with functions of decoloration, flocculation and COD degradation. The molecular chain contains - c-nh- This kind of molecular structure is conducive to the combination of acid dyes and direct dyes, which makes them unstable and settle down. Therefore, the decolorant has a good effect on decoloration and COD reduction of high concentration and high color dye wastewater. The COD removal rate is 50 ~ 90%, and the color removal rate is more than 95%.

Technical indicators:

The appearance is colorless transparent viscous liquid or white solid;

PH = 3.0 ~ 5.0 (10% aqueous solution);

Solid content: liquid ≥ 50%

Application:

The decolorizer is mainly used for the decolorization of high chroma wastewater from printing and dyeing plants, especially for the treatment of acid and direct dye wastewater, as well as the treatment of high chroma industrial wastewater such as textile, pigment, ink, papermaking black liquor, oil field drilling, etc.

usage method:

1. Generally, the product is diluted with 20 ~ 40 times of water, and then the diluted decolorant product is added into the wastewater. After several minutes of mixed reaction, the product is settled or floated to obtain clear water.

2. When used alone, it is better to adjust the pH of wastewater to 6 ~ 9.

3. When the chroma, suspended solids and COD of wastewater are high, they should be used together with the composite coagulant of our company, but not mixed, so as to reduce the cost. The first adding or later adding can be determined according to the mixing test and treatment process.

Precautions for use:

If the temperature is lower than 15 ℃, the color will turn white or precipitate and agglomerate will appear. If it is dissolved in hot water, the effect will not be affected.

Packaging and storage:

The product is shipped in plastic drums of 50kg or 100kg, and stored at room temperature for one year.
