Product characteristics

The decolorizer produced by Veolia is a cationic polymer which integrates decolorization, flocculation and COD degradation. The molecular chain contains -c-nh- The molecular structure of these functional groups, such as, -cooh, -nh2, ammonium ion bridge, is conducive to the combination of acid dyes and direct dyes, so that they can be desstable and settle down. Therefore, the decolorizer has a good decolorization and COD reduction effect on high concentration and high chroma dye wastewater. The removal rate of COD is 50-90%, and the chroma removal rate is more than 95%.

The appearance is colorless, transparent, viscous liquid or white solid;

PH = 3.0-5.0 (10% aqueous solution);

Product use

The decolorizer is mainly used for the decolorization of high chroma wastewater in printing and dyeing plants, especially for the treatment of acid and direct dye wastewater, and also for the treatment of high chroma industrial wastewater such as textile, pigment, ink, paper black liquor, oil field drilling and so on.

usage method

1. When using, the product is diluted with 20-40 times of water, and then the diluted product is added to the wastewater. After several minutes of mixing reaction, the product will settle or air float, and then clear water can be obtained.

2. When using alone, it is better to adjust the pH of wastewater to 6-9.

3. When the color, suspended matter and COD of wastewater are high, it should be used with the company's composite coagulant, but it cannot be mixed. This can reduce the cost. The first or later addition can be determined according to the mixing test and treatment process.

Precautions for use

If the temperature is lower than 15 ℃, the color turns white or there will be sediment and agglomeration. It will be used after dissolving with hot water, which will not affect the effect.

Packaging and storage

The product is shipped in plastic bucket of 50kg or 100kg; it is kept at room temperature for one year.
