Production process:

The product is made of aluminum hydroxide, calcium aluminate powder and hydrochloric acid as raw materials. First, hydrochloric acid and aluminum hydroxide are heated and reacted in the reactor. Then, calcium aluminate powder is used in the polymerization tank to form liquid polyaluminum chloride. After being put into the precipitation for several days, it is dried with the supernatant.

The purified water quality is better than that of aluminum sulfate flocculant, and the water purification cost is 15-30% lower than that of aluminum sulfate flocculant. The floc forms quickly and settles quickly, which is more powerful than traditional products such as aluminum sulfate. The alkalinity of the consumed water is lower than that of various inorganic flocculants, so it is unnecessary to add or less alkali agent. The suitable pH range of source water is 5.0-9.0. The increase of salinity in treated water is less, which is beneficial to ion exchange treatment and high purity water production. Its adaptability to source water temperature is better than that of inorganic flocculants such as aluminum sulfate.

Application method and scope:

The product has a significant effect in drinking water, and its dosage is 1 ~ 5kg per ton of water. The range of application is ph6 ~ 8. The dosage of industrial water and sewage depends on the turbidity of water.

Precautions for use:

(1) Hazard characteristics: tasteless, less corrosive.

(2) First aid measures

Skin contact: take off contaminated clothes and wash with plenty of flowing water.   

Eye contact: lift the eyelids and rinse with flowing water or normal saline. See a doctor.   

Ingestion: gargle with water and drink milk or egg white. See a doctor as soon as possible.

Packaging and storage:

Packed in 25kg woven bags. It shall not be mixed with acid, alkali and toxic chemicals during storage.

Keep dry during storage to prevent rain and sun exposure.
