Product use

The heavy metal catcher can chelate with various heavy metal ions (mercury, copper, lead, nickel, chromium, etc.) to form a chemical product which is insoluble in water and has good literary stability. It is an ideal substitute for imported similar products of TMT sulfur.

This product is mainly used for:

Removal of heavy metal ions from desulfurization wastewater of coal-fired power plant (wet desulfurization process);

Heavy metal removal from flue gas of waste incineration plant;

Treatment of wastewater containing metal ions in metallurgy, electroplating, electronics, chemical industry and other industries.

Performance characteristics

It can be directly used in a wide range of pH values (3-14), and the effect is better under alkaline conditions;

It can produce macromolecular stereo chelating products soluble in water with heavy metal ions;

The macromolecular stereochelate product is stable under high temperature (250 ℃) and strong acid and alkali conditions;

It has low biological toxicity and will not produce harmful substances and secondary pollution to the environment if it is used excessively or under acidic conditions.

usage method

Firstly, the content of various heavy metal ions in the wastewater is detected, and then the optimal dosage of the agent is determined through the simulated dosing test of wastewater; (the recommended dosage is 20-40ppm)

The pH value of the wastewater should be adjusted to neutral or slightly alkaline with NaOH before adding the agent;

According to the amount of wastewater needed to be treated every day, the dosage of the chemicals was determined on that day. After being diluted in the special dosing system, the wastewater was treated with coagulant and coagulant aid.

After the wastewater is concentrated and precipitated, the filter cake containing heavy metals can be recycled, and the filtrate can meet the discharge standard after neutralization.

Packaging and preservation

50kg plastic drum packaging (can be packaged according to customer requirements); stored in a cool and dry place, away from oxidants and acidic substances, frost proof, storage period of six months.

Precautions for use

(1) Hazard characteristics: tasteless, less corrosive.

(2) First aid measures

Skin contact: take off contaminated clothes and wash with plenty of flowing water. 　　

Eye contact: lift the eyelids and rinse with flowing water or normal saline. See a doctor. 　　

Ingestion: gargle with water and drink milk or egg white. See a doctor as soon as possible.
